[Overseas] News from WECA Korean Class in Bukhara, Uzbekistan

Overseas 2026. 10. 21 09:20

Supported by the World Educational Cultural Aid (WECA) Korean Language Class in Bukhara, Uzbekistan brought you news of an autumn picnic full of children's laughter.

In front of the desk all through last summer, which was unusually hot. For the children who studied Korean diligently, this time we went on a special outdoor outing to a nearby park outside of the classroom.

Excitement and bright smiles spread on the faces of the children who came outdoors under the clear autumn sky.

The children cheered themselves up by playing ball decorations and had a meaningful time enjoying traditional Korean games such as hopscotch and treasure hunt.

While cheering each other on in the Korean language learned in the classroom and playing together in nature, Korean is not a formal study, but a language of pleasant memories and communication in the children's hearts. It has seeped in.

So that the children of Bukhara, Uzbekistan, who are learning a new language and culture and developing their own dreams, can confidently take a step toward the wider world, we ask for your support. We ask for your continued love and strong support.

"Time spent outside the classroom and interacting with friends is a valuable source of nourishment for children's emotions and dreams. font-family: NanumGothic; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Bukhara's bright tomorrow is visible in the eyes of children who speak Korean and share friendship with bright smiles."
