When is the automatic transfer date?

A

- The first donation will be made within 10 days of signing up, and will be withdrawn/approved to “World Educational Cultural Aid” and Nice Payments Co., Ltd.

- The regular donation date is the 6th of every month (if payment is not made, it will be re-claimed on the 11th, 16th, 21st, and 26th), and donations are made only once a month.

※ Credit cards are approved by the World Educational Cultural Aid or Nice Payment Agency, and payment is made according to the member's credit card payment date.

Are automatic transfers safe?

A

It's safe! In order to receive automatic transfer approval from the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings & Clearings Institute, the organization must have solid credit.
The World Educational Cultural Aid's automatic transfers are strictly supervised by the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute, and are not operated by a single individual, but rather a corporate entity is responsible.

How do I receive a receipt for my donation?

A

* Donation receipts can be confirmed only after registering the entire resident registration number.
* Additionally, to ensure honest and transparent use of donations, it can only be issued in the name of the depositor.

What should I do if I want to temporarily stop sponsoring?

A

If you wish to suspend (cancel) your sponsorship, you can apply through the method below, and we will process it promptly after receipt.

1. Phone application: 02-2689-3959 [Consultation hours: Weekdays 10:00~17:00 (excluding lunch time: 11:20~13:00)]

2. Email: master@weca.or.kr (Please fill out accurate sponsorship information including name/contact information/date of birth/payment method)

3. Website: Participation and Communication → Q&A → Contact Us (Complete accurate sponsorship information such as name/contact information/date of birth/payment method is required)

The World Educational Cultural Aid believes that the interest and participation of each and every sponsor is a great help in supporting the education and culture of children in poverty.

Even if you are considering discontinuation, we look forward to hearing your opinions through phone consultations and discussing better support methods and sponsorship experiences together.

※ Since donations are requested to be withdrawn from financial institutions 1 day prior to the withdrawal date, please apply at least 3 days prior to the withdrawal date to ensure smooth processing.

(If you request cancellation after requesting a withdrawal, it will be applied from the following month.)
