'Nanum Plus' in collaboration with the World Educational Cultural Aid and the National Regional Children's Centers Through the ‘Local Children’s Center Study Room Support Project’, we are pleased to announce that we have provided children with a new and comfortable learning space.
In the meantime, some study rooms in local children's centers were suffering from mold on the walls, damp flooring, and old furniture, which were very disappointing for children's health and learning environment.
The learning place, which should have been pleasant, actually threatened the respiratory health of children and lowered their morale.
Accordingly, the World Educational Cultural Aid (WECA) has begun urgent environmental improvement so that children can focus on their studies with peace of mind.
The moldy wallpaper and damp flooring that threatened hygiene were neatly removed, and construction of new, hygienic and bright wallpaper, wallpaper, and flooring was carried out.
In addition, we completed the renewal into a completely new study room by providing new furniture that matches the height and body type of the children.
Smiles bloomed on the children's faces as they entered the cleanly transformed study room.
Thanks to a more pleasant environment, children are able to focus on studies and activities in a healthier and brighter manner.
It is a small change, but the cleaner space instilled in the children a new passion for learning and a sense of self-esteem that “I am also cared for with care.”
We sincerely thank our supporting members who always provide strong support so that children in blind spots in Korea can confidently pursue their dreams in a healthy and clean home without environmental constraints. Thank you.
"The comfort of the space where children stay every day goes beyond simply improving the environment and directly affects their emotional stability and motivation to learn.
WECA will continue to spare no effort in supporting the improvement of living and learning environments so that children in local children's centers in Korea can study and grow to their heart's content in a safe and hygienic space."
