The World Educational Cultural Aid runs a learning mentoring program for children at local children's centers who have difficulty pursuing their dreams due to environmental and economic difficulties. S·K·Y UP Mentoringstarted. This program will be a stepping stone for practical growth to help children find their own path.

S·K·Y UP mentoring operates around three core axes: Skill, Knowledge, and Learning. 

The purpose is to strengthen problem-solving skills by meeting mentors and mentees to develop learning methods and plans together, and to instill in children a strong motivation and sense of purpose for the future.
