The World Educational Cultural Aid conducted an emotional and cultural program, a cooking class, as part of the Hope Support Project for children at local children's centers. Children under the care of local children's centers often have relatively limited opportunities for cultural experiences and diverse experiences in their daily lives. This cooking class is designed to help children gain emotional stability and enjoyment through the experience of making, feeling, and sharing.

The children spent time naturally collaborating and communicating by looking at each ingredient and completing the dish with their own hands. In the process of sharing the finished food, the children felt a sense of accomplishment and confidence, and the classroom was filled with laughter and a warm atmosphere. This time through cooking went beyond a simple experience for the children, and became a valuable experience for them to express themselves and understand each other.

Chairman Bang Jeong-hwan said, “For children, these experiences become long-lasting learning experiences. The time we spend creating and sharing together strengthens children’s hearts.”

It is thanks to the continued interest of our sponsors that our children are able to live today with a smile. The World Educational Cultural Aid will continue the Hope Support Project to help children at local children's centers grow up with healthy minds.
