On September 1, Bang Jeong-hwan, Chairman of the World Educational Cultural Aid, donated drinking water (500ml, 26,880 bottles) to Gangneung City Hall.
While the Gangneung region, which is unfamiliar with drought, is suddenly experiencing a disaster situation, Gangneung City Vice Mayor Kim Sang-young expressed his gratitude on behalf of the citizens of Gangneung.
The Gangneung region is currently experiencing a severe drinking water shortage, with water storage rates below 15% and water restrictions being implemented. Through this drinking water support, drinking water will be distributed on priority to households that have difficulty receiving water support.
The fact that the World Educational Cultural Aid was able to quickly provide drinking water to the Gangneung region was possible thanks to the continued interest and love of our sponsors.
