The Tondo area in Manila, Philippines, is known as ‘garbage town.’ The children here are living in poverty without receiving education. The World Educational Cultural Aid supports the Tondo Language School to help Filipino children escape poverty.

Filipino children learn English and Tagalog, and draw to their heart's content during art class. And after class, we distributed free meals to 150 undernourished children. 

Thanks to the interest and support of our sponsors, the children grow up every day without losing their smiles even in difficult environments. The World Educational Cultural Aid will continue to work to help children create a hopeful future. We ask for your continued love.
