This is news from the 1st joint academic conference with Soongsil Institute for Peace and Unification.

On June 21, 2023, a joint academic conference was held at the Kim Deok-yoon Chapel at Soongsil University's Han Kyung-jik Memorial Hall under the theme of 'Direction of adaptation and support for youth defectors from North Korea and youth from multicultural families.'

Starting with a welcoming speech by Shin Yo-an, Vice President of Academic Affairs of Soongsil University, and a congratulatory speech by Bang Jeong-hwan, Chairman of the World Educational Cultural Aid, heated presentations and discussions were held on the direction of adaptation and support for youth defectors from North Korea and youth from multicultural families.

In addition to the organizers, World Educational Cultural Aid Chairman Bang Jeong-hwan, Soongsil University Vice President for Academic Affairs Yoan Shin, and Professor Jeon Soo-mi, who served as moderator, the conference was attended by Dr. Kim Young-mi, Dr. Jeon Soon-young, Dr. Park Byeong-ae, and Dr. Baek Mi-soon of the Soongsil Institute for Peace and Unification, who were in charge of presentations and discussions, as well as Professor Jang Moon-kyung of Gachon University's Department of Business Administration, Dr. It shined.
