On August 25, WECA, the World Educational Cultural Aid, signed a business agreement with Samsung Sorisam Welfare Center.

Samsung Sorisam Welfare Center is Korea's first specialized language rehabilitation institution established for hearing-impaired infants and toddlers, and is an organization that strives to provide holistic rehabilitation and welfare services for the hearing-impaired in the 21st century.

The 1,000 Lip View masks delivered on this day were sponsored by Kakao Together Value Fundraising and a mask manufacturing company.

The LipView mask is a transparent mask that allows the mouth to be seen, and is used in education programs for the hearing impaired.

The sponsor, Is Solution (Never Factory_ CEO Seo Jong-taek), said, “We are grateful that we can help the hearing impaired through small sharing even during difficult times due to the coronavirus.”

We are grateful to our sponsors who gave hearing-impaired people the gift of a ‘voice that can see.’

In the future, the World Educational Cultural Aid will continue to support the advancement of hearing-impaired people into society and their independence, and will participate in activities to help them take a step forward into the world and further spread a culture of sharing!
