We have reported on a lively learning event in which 23 children participated at WECA Kapior Kindergarten in Ratanakiri, Cambodia, supported by the World Educational Cultural Aid (WECA).
Kapir Kindergarten provided a variety of customized classes to help children's holistic growth, from basic language to creative play.
In Khmer class, we developed language confidence by learning the alphabet and basic words, and in arithmetic class, we had fun learning number concepts with number cards and finger addition games.
In the art class that followed, they expressed their rich imagination by drawing family and animals in bright colors.
Through free play time filled with block building, role play, and outdoor activities, children naturally developed cooperation and social skills to hang out with friends.
Thank you to our sponsors who always show their warmth so that children in remote villages in Cambodia, where learning opportunities are difficult to reach, can grow up healthily in a safe and warm kindergarten.
"Enjoyable learning and diverse play experiences in infancy are the most precious things that help children develop their personality and potential. It is the foundation.
WECA will continue to provide educational support to Kapure Kindergarten children so that they can develop their dreams to their heart's content within a bright and safe environment."
