The joy of learning and the joy of learning at the World Educational Cultural Aid (WECA) Myanmar branch. We have brought you news about the after-school class at Mae Taung Yua Language School, which was filled with gratitude.
24 elementary school children who participated in this class received supplementary classes to fill in their shortcomings in the curriculum along with practical English for daily life that will broaden their future dreams. I had a great time.
The children's eyes shined brightly all day long as they did not want to miss the opportunity to learn even in a difficult environment.
In particular, on this day, we expressed our hearts toward our sponsoring members. data-index-in-node="30">‘WECA Gratitude Picture Drawing’ activity was carried out.
Children held crayons with fern-like hands and carefully drew the happy future and gratitude they each imagined on a full sheet of drawing paper.
After drawing all the pictures, we shyly but sincerely expressed our gratitude to our sponsors in Korea and around the world, filling the center with warmth.
We sincerely thank our sponsors who have always provided a strong foundation for children in underprivileged areas of Myanmar to bridge the gap in education, cultivate healthy emotions, and grow properly.
"Systematic language education and warm emotional exchange are the keys to children breaking free from the shackles of poverty and moving into a bigger world.
WECA will continue to provide substantial educational support to marginalized children and adolescents through local education sites so that they can bridge the educational gap and grow into confident talents."
