A new teacher with a passionate passion for learning has joined WECA to fill the vacant positions of teachers who recently left kindergarten and started a new path.

Despite the local situation where it was difficult to find teachers, new teachers gathered together with love for children and joined a systematic teacher education program immediately after their appointment.

This training went beyond simply conveying knowledge and dealt in depth with ways in which the World Educational Cultural Aid's educational programs can be most effectively delivered to children in the field.

Currently, teachers go through a month-long intensive training period to gain a sense of the field. 

The sight of teachers working hard to communicate at the children's level and fully convey the value of each program makes us look forward to a bright future for Hmeolinching Kindergarten.

Under the belief that well-prepared teachers change the world of children, teachers are doing their best to be reliable guides for children today.

The sincere education delivered by prepared teachers will serve as a foundation for children in Myanmar to develop their dreams without losing hope even in a harsh environment. 

The World Educational Cultural Aid will continue to support the capacity building of local teachers and do its best to ensure that all children can grow happily in a quality educational environment.
