WECA has arrived in the slums of Binh Chan on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City!

There are many children here who make money by selling gum or lottery tickets during the day.

The desk in the study room was so old that it was uncomfortable for the children to study.

WECA has provided new desks here!

When I asked the children, they said it was better for them to concentrate in class.^^
