Poomsae, stretching, self-defense, and free sparring were conducted.
Locally, there is a rule that you cannot hit your opponent directly during sparring.
This rule was created to prevent accidents due to concerns that dangerous situations may arise as students are still poor at attack and defense.
Starting from the new semester in the second half of the year, we look forward to more dynamic and systematic Taekwondo sparring with protective gear.
- Taekwondo classes are organized as regular classes and held twice a week (4 hours)
- Currently learning individual movements and Poomsae Taegeuk chapters 1 to 3 in the basic class.
- The club will conduct its own poomsae test evaluation in May (yellow belt and green belt)
