WECA, the World Educational Cultural Aid, provides Korean language education to multicultural families, including North Korean defectors and immigrant women. Korean language education is being provided at a total of 6 institutions across the country.
Today, we met with Geumgang School children and delivered about 100 children's books, including traditional fairy tales and Disney fairy tales, which are essential for children who are just starting to learn Korean. It was a fun day for WECA volunteers to see the children so happy with a colorful children's book.
※ The delivered children's book was donated by student "Ji-i Kim" last September, and will be delivered to the remaining five Korean language classes.
