There was a WECA education support scholarship award ceremony held in Kyrgyzstan's Kzyltu and Ortosu villages.

The children, whom I met for the first time in two months, saw the car coming to school and came out to greet them cheerfully. 

It felt good to see him again in good health.

Smiles spread across the faces of the children who received books, gifts, and scholarships from WECA.

We will work hard to support children so that they can grow up as brightly and healthy as they are now.

WECA, the World Educational Cultural Aid, selects scholarship students and provides support funds to children who need more attention and better education.
