This is news from a well renovation ceremony in Tanzania.
For children who go to school with a large water bottle instead of a school bag or give up studying altogether because there is no drinking water! The World Educational Cultural Aid installed a well for drinking clean water at Yange Yange Elementary School in Tanzania.
Everyone has at least once experienced the pain of feeling thirsty and cracking in the throat, as if the dirt floor was cracking under the harsh sunlight. Still, for Koreans, water is common and close enough that they can easily drink it anytime, anywhere. However, Tanzanian children always struggle with thirst and barely quench their thirst with muddy water. Moreover, the temperature in Tanzania is higher than in Korea, so we have to drink more water. Even as technology continues to advance and we live in a state of advanced technology, there are children who cannot receive education simply because they do not have drinking water. That is why the World Educational Cultural Aid installed a well on the distant African continent.
thank you Thanks to our sponsors who have always been with the World Educational Cultural Aid, we were able to gift clean, life-saving water to children in Tanzania. The children expressed their gratitude by drawing hearts above their heads with bright smiles. We ask for your continued interest so that our children can continue to receive education in a good environment.
