Central Asian countries are now growing rapidly, but the lives of children living outside the urban areas remain poor due to development gaps concentrated in capitals or cities. The World Educational Cultural Aid supports Korean language education for enthusiastic children at the JOYFUL Center in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Here, children develop their precious dreams and learn Korean happily. 

For children who desperately need the opportunity to learn but cannot receive education due to poor environments, the World Educational Cultural Aid travels around the world to provide education to children. However, there are still many children living a life of poverty in the shadow of welfare. We ask for your continued support so that children can have precious dreams through learning.
