The World Educational Cultural Aid collaborated with FORWARD MOTION, the Tanzanian single mothers' association, to provide sewing machines to local single mothers. This support is designed to provide real opportunities for self-reliance to single mothers experiencing financial difficulties.

In Tanzania, many women become single mothers at a young age and find it difficult to make a living afterward. For Tanzanian women who find it difficult to make a living amid social prejudice and economic difficulties, a sewing machine is not just a machine, but a new beginning. Sewing machines allow young single mothers to support their families and help their children continue their education.

Thanks to the love and interest of our sponsors, many single mothers were able to get back on their feet without giving up on their dreams. The World Educational Cultural Aid will continue to support single mothers in Tanzania so that they can live a better life. We ask for your continued interest.
