The World Educational Cultural Aid held a scholarship award ceremony for foreign students at Kyungdong University. This scholarship was awarded to 20 students with excellent grades from among the countries where the World Educational Cultural Aid provides educational and cultural support.

At the handover ceremony, we also took time to introduce the educational and cultural support projects we are carrying out.

Foreign students expressed their gratitude, saying, “Life in Korea is difficult at times, but there are people who understand our situation and support us, which is a great help in our studies.”

After the scholarship award ceremony, we also conducted ‘plogging’ volunteer work for the local environment with international students. By picking up trash on the streets, international students showed their care for the local community and actively participated in volunteer work.

The World Educational Cultural Aid will continue to provide various opportunities for international students to take deeper roots in Korean society and achieve sustainable growth.

We will actively provide education and cultural support to help people escape poverty through learning.
