At Vineyard Elementary School in Rwanda, 315 students from 1st to 6th grades watched the performance of the Taekwondo demonstration team. This event, held after a week of exams, was a meaningful time to give new energy to the children and convey the excellence and spirit of Taekwondo, Korea's traditional martial art. The children's eyes sparkled and they focused on the demonstration team's disciplined movements and energetic spirit, and learned the values of courtesy, patience, and challenge in Taekwondo.
Bang Jeong-hwan, Chairman of the World Educational Cultural Aid, expressed his gratitude, saying, "Taekwondo is an education that develops not only the strength of the body but also the strength of the mind. I hope that children learn the values of confidence and respect through Taekwondo."
The World Educational Cultural Aid will continue to work with Rwandan children to help them grow and develop their dreams through education and culture. We ask for your generous interest.
