It is difficult for local children's centers, which care for underprivileged children and adolescents, to support various programs for children with subsidies. Therefore, compared to their peers, children at local children's centers are often excluded from educational and cultural opportunities.

The World Educational Cultural Aid is carrying out the Hope Support Project to provide various opportunities to children at local children's centers. The children formed their own band and received professional training to play the parts they wanted, including guitar, bass, keyboard, drums, and vocals.
