The World Educational Cultural Aid recently provided new sportswear sets to 47 children and teenagers living in group homes in the Busan area. Group homes are spaces where children in need of protection live together and prepare for independence, but due to limited budgets, it is often difficult to provide seasonal clothing or activewear on time. In fact, many children were experiencing inconvenience by going to school or participating in sports activities wearing old sportswear that was the wrong size or inappropriate for the season.

Through this support, the children smiled brightly as they received new warm and comfortable sportswear. From the responses such as “I can’t wait for PE class now!” and “I feel different because I wear clothes that fit me perfectly,” I was able to feel that for the children, sportswear is not just clothes, but a small gift that helps them regain confidence.

Chairman Bang Jeong-hwan expressed his gratitude, saying, "It is as important as education for children to have basic living conditions. The love of our sponsors is making a warm change in the children's daily lives."

The World Educational Cultural Aid will continue to provide the necessary support to group home children so that they can grow up healthy and confidently.
