The World Educational Cultural Aid, in cooperation with Kyung Hee University Hyundai Hyo Taekwondo, is operating a Taekwondo voucher project for the disabled in Korea. This project was designed to help people with disabilities who have difficulty participating in physical activities due to economic and environmental constraints experience the joy and sense of accomplishment of physical activity through Taekwondo. Through systematic guidance from professional instructors, participants not only improve their basic physical strength but also gradually develop their sense of balance, concentration, and confidence. Taekwondo classes are conducted safely, taking into account each individual's characteristics and level, and beyond simple exercise, they are a time to learn rules and etiquette and develop the power to believe in oneself.
Chairman Bang Jeong-hwan said, "Taekwondo is an education that goes beyond training the body and builds the mind. We will continue to provide continuous support in cooperation with the field so that everyone can have the opportunity to learn, regardless of whether they have a disability or not." The World Educational Cultural Aid will continue to expand opportunities for disabled people to participate in culture and sports through cooperation with local professional organizations and create an educational environment where everyone can grow together.
