To celebrate the new year, employees participated in volunteer activities to share briquettes in the Gahak-dong area of ​​Gwangmyeong-si. This activity was designed to help neighbors who have trouble heating in the winter to have a slightly warmer winter.

On this day, WECA executives and employees personally carried and delivered a total of 5,000 briquettes through alleys and sloping residential areas. Although it was not easy to move the briquettes one by one by hand and with a chair, the employees encouraged each other and continued volunteering responsibly until the end. The time of delivering briquettes and saying hello to neighbors went beyond simple support, and became a time of warm encounters that conveyed our hearts.

Chairman Bang Jeong-hwan said, "It's just a single briquette, but it can be a great help to someone to survive the winter. It was an even more meaningful time because I was able to be close to the lives of my neighbors."
