WECA Taekwondo classes are actively operated at Kyrgyzstan Karakol Gimnazia NO.2 school. Currently, 80 children are participating and improving their skills by continuously training in basic movements, poomsae, and physical strength.
Despite the recent cold wave, the children are gathered in the classroom wearing uniforms and working hard while sweating. Although it is not an easy environment, the children's eyes are more serious and passionate than anyone else's. Through Taekwondo, I am not only building physical strength and patience, but I am also learning self-confidence and responsibility.
Chairman Bang Jeong-hwan said, “I am truly proud of the children who practice without giving up even in the cold weather. Taekwondo is more than just learning skills, it is a process of solidifying children’s dreams.”
The World Educational Cultural Aid will continue to provide continuous support to Karakol children so that they can develop healthy bodies and minds through Taekwondo and move toward bigger dreams.
