The World Educational Cultural Aid (WECA), together with the social enterprise FLIP, began florist job training for hearing impaired people on the 22nd.

This training began with donations from Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation and Naver Happy Bean donors.

It is meaningful in that it provides opportunities for social participation to hearing-impaired people who have talent but are restricted in economic activities due to disabilities, and lays the foundation for them to engage in economic activities in the future.

The hearing-impaired florist training is conducted for a total of 8 weeks by inviting professional instructors who can speak sign language. In addition, services such as direct employment and start-up support are provided to training students.

Meanwhile, the World Educational Cultural Aid is a non-profit organization established with the goal of resolving poverty through education and culture, and is carrying out educational support projects for vulnerable groups at home and abroad.
