WECA (World Educational Cultural Aid) delivered rice to 15 low-income households at the Hyoja 4-dong Community Center on the 23rd, wishing for a warm spring.
The donated rice will be delivered to low-income families in the area with the donor's heart and sincerity.
The World Educational Cultural Aid is an NGO (relief organization) under the jurisdiction of the Office of Education. We are currently carrying out a public interest campaign to support children in poverty, and as part of this, we delivered the donated goods with the meaningful intention of delivering white rice to low-income families to bring spring in advance.
The head of Hyoja 4-dong expressed his feelings, saying, “I am grateful to the World Educational Cultural Aid for its support in creating a warm neighborhood during difficult times due to COVID-19. I expect it to be a warm gift to welcome spring, and I will continue to do my best to ensure that there are no poor families and children in the district.”
