On July 6, the World Educational Cultural Aid presented a coffee truck to the Gangneung Fire Department.

The World Educational Cultural Aid opened a fundraising box on Naver Happy Bean to support the firefighters who are constantly suffering from the hot flames on hot summer days in addition to their hard work in extinguishing the Gangneung forest fire, and presented a coffee truck to the Gangneung Fire Department with the raised money.

The firefighters, who received warm messages of support along with cool coffee to beat the midsummer heat, expressed their gratitude to their sponsors, saying, "Thank you for always trusting us. We will continue to work hard to extinguish fires and repay your trust."

Bang Jeong-hwan, Chairman of the World Educational Cultural Aid, conveyed the purpose of this project, saying, “We can live safely because of the firefighters who work hard,” and “I will never forget to be grateful.”

The World Educational Cultural Aid is an international relief non-profit organization that develops educational and cultural programs for children in educational blind spots around the world, practices sharing so that those in need can live with hope, and takes the lead in spreading the donation culture.
