[Beyond Post Reporter Kim Shin] The World Educational Cultural Aid (Chairman Bang Jeong-hwan) signed a business agreement with the Happiness Sharing Taekwondo Association (Chairman Park Beom-jin) on the 25th to cooperate in Taekwondo education support and sharing projects for poor regions of the world and the underprivileged in Korea, and through the agreement, a Taekwondo network cooperation system for cultural and character education and various sharing activities for children around the world. They announced that they would build and carry out public interest activities together.

Attending the event were representatives from each side, Yongmin Bang, Secretary General of the World Educational Cultural Aid, Jaejoong Lim, Head of External Cooperation, Kiwoong Hong, Head of External Cooperation, and Youngil Park, Executive Vice President of the Happiness Sharing Taekwondo Association, and Director Bae Sangmoon.

Bang Jeong-hwan, Chairman of the World Educational Cultural Aid, said, “There are many underprivileged children who want to learn Taekwondo but cannot do so due to financial difficulties. I hope that we can have a good cooperative relationship so that we can lead proper cultural education to children around the world based on sharing activities and the spirit of Taekwondo.”

The World Educational Cultural Aid is an international educational non-profit organization that develops educational and cultural programs for children in educational blind spots around the world, practices sharing so that those in need can live with hope, and is at the forefront of spreading a donation culture. 

Park Beom-jin, chairman of the Happiness Sharing Taekwondo Association, the agreement organization, said, “First of all, we are pleased to have signed a meaningful agreement with the World Educational Cultural Aid, and we hope to work together to create a better environment and Taekwondo education for children at home and abroad in poor environments through sharing and talent donation.”

The Happiness Sharing Taekwondo Association provides uniforms and supplies to underdeveloped countries overseas. It is an organization that creates a warm world through national orphanage Taekwondo talent donation and sponsorship, Hope Ahead Taekwondo mentoring support, self-reliance support for Hope Preparation Secretaries for youth preparing for self-reliance (children who have ended protection), visiting school violence, cyberbullying, suicide prevention campaign performances and self-defense character education, and Happiness Sharing Culture and Arts Group performances.
