(The Power News = Reporter Min Jin) On September 14, the World Educational Cultural Aid held a founding ceremony for the first WECA Supporters.WECA Supporters was founded to spread the right donation culture, improve awareness of volunteer activities, and promote the organization. Ten members with passionate and diverse personalities were selected through interviews. Director Lim Ji-hye and other members expressed their bold ambitions and promised to sincerely engage in future supporter activities.
WECA Supporters will operate for six months, from September to February next year, and will cooperate with various support projects, including domestic and international volunteer activities, and produce SNS content that utilizes each individual's talents, such as blog posts, Instatoons, reels, and YouTube shorts.
Meanwhile, Bang Jeong-hwan, Chairman of the World Educational Cultural Aid, said, “I will support the spread of good energy with good ideas,” and “I hope that the WECA Supporters will unite well and provide great help to children in difficult situations.” He expressed his thoughts at the WECA Supporters founding ceremony.
