The name of the World Educational Cultural Aid was changed to WECA.

WECA extends beyond Asia to its neighbors from all walks of life around the world.
We practice dialogue and sharing through broad understanding, cooperation, and cultural exchange.
Nurturing talent and instilling the will for self-reliance throughout the world through educational support
Justice full of possibility and hope
The purpose is to build a peaceful, harmonious community.

WECA will support education and culture for underdeveloped countries in the Third World,
