WECA, the World Educational Cultural Aid, signed an MOU with Open Cyber University and Future Distance Lifelong Education Center to promote mutual development and prosperity. With this MOU, WECA, Open Cyber University, and Future Distance Lifelong Education Center will engage in human and material exchanges, including mutual exchange of educational programs, support for social welfare field training for current students, and provision of educational services for low-income classes.

In particular, through this agreement, students who enroll or transfer to Open Cyber University with the recommendation of WECA will receive admission and tuition exemption and tuition reduction benefits depending on their income level.

WECA Chairman Kwon Ho-kyung said, “We are pleased to be able to provide the opportunity to receive excellent education to members who gave up their studies midway due to multicultural families and difficult family situations through this collaboration.” He said, “WECA will continue to be interested in improving the poor educational environment in underdeveloped countries as well as domestic educational environments and will actively work to spread the culture of sharing.”
